If any LinaModa or product fails to meet with your approval, you can return it within one months of purchase, washed or unwashed, for an exchange or a full and immediate repayment.

Regardless of what happens on our site, there is no risk to you. We believe that ordering online with LinaModa is completely safe. We guarantee that if any fraudulent transaction happens as a direct result of your placing an order with us, you will not lose out.

If your card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site:

We will assume liability for the first £50 of the loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest.

We will do our best to work with credit card companies to minimise the hassle for customers.

Credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once the payment has been validated and approved details are deleted. This does mean customers will need to repeat their credit card details for every order - a minor inconvenience -but one that makes it totally safe to order online with us.

Service
