A contract between the customer and LinaModa for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer's credit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched, plus postage where appropriate), and the goods have been adopted. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that title will not pass until a period of three months has elapsed since the items were despatched. These terms apply regardless of the method of payment used in relation to the goods. LinaModa total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by Charles Tyrwhitt to the customer. LinaModa shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. LinaModa cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment, catalogue, or website, and in particular we do not guarantee any shirt, that has been washed in optical brightener, which will result in a loss of colour over time. This statement does not affect customers’ statutory rights.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, then the expected delivery date will be highlighted in your shopping bag. This date is liable to change. The stock status will also be displayed on your order confirmation.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different from that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see delivery times and charges.
Goods purchased via this site can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within three months of the date of despatch, for whatever reason. We want you to be completely satisfied, see our note for more details on returns.
